Simon-style workflow system + the Mission Control drive seat (/mission-control: annotate → dictate → spawn). Web at agents.garritsonworks.com behind Cloudflare Access (Ryan-only OTP) + the engine's own gate. Engine must be running on the Mac (:3000, start from zsh).

Worker + D1 live task spine at gw-agent-bus.iskyski.workers.dev (deployed via wrangler OAuth). Engine forwards task lifecycle events; this page's Mission Control tree polls it every 12s. Access gating on hostnames still needs the token scope (Ryan).
Local runtime (~/.hermes, SOUL.md). Integration: post to Agent Bus + read ops-data.json. Wiring planned in Phase 2.
